If you want to take a video of a meeting and share it later, you can use a web conferencing service. These services integrate recording features into the meeting application, which makes recording the whole meeting process easy. Zoom and AnyMeeting are some of the most popular options. However, other programs, such as ShareX and Webex, also offer this feature.

Zoom

If you have ever wished to record online meetings without asking your attendees, you can do so by using the Zoom screen recorder. You can either record the entire screen or just a portion of it. The app is available on both Mac and Windows computers. It lets you choose the region in which to record the meeting. It also lets you control the volume and other settings. It also includes an option to enable system sound and microphone and can also record any screen region. You can select whether to record a single participant or the entire meeting.

Using AnyMeeting, you can record your meetings in a way that meets HIPAA compliance standards. The service has been certified by an independent auditor to meet SOC 2 compliance requirements.

ShareX

Recording online meetings can be helpful for many purposes. For example, you can use these recordings for important documentation or to train new employees.
